As a Contracts Coordinator you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Prepares and generates contracts and related purchase documents in support of sales at the resort development site.
*. Prepares and generates contracts and related documents accurately and in an efficient and timely fashion. *.Obtain credit card authorizations. *.Generates credit reports and establishes financing terms per Underwriting Guidelines and financing chart. *.Prepares daily posting of down payment deposits and additional deposits. *.Processes sales counselor commissions. *.Scan files to Orlando timely and accurately. *.Re-send documents to buyers if changes are made after the point of sale. *.Process and post receivables to buyers accounts on a daily basis. *.Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/hours as required per business needs. *.Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing..
