Job Details:
As Facilities Administrator you will provide support to the Facilities Helpdesk with all administrative duties and Helpdesk cover. Responding to work requests, producing work orders and delegating to the relevant teams for action, you will prioritise urgent works whilst coordinating contractor planned and reactive services. You will develop and provide regular analysis and reports relating to key areas including budgets, projects, maintenance and stock control.
