The Content Marketing Specialist role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. This position will be responsible for writing and producing various projects and blogs regularly, expanding our company's digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. Essential Functions: *.Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product's core benefits properly and consistently. *.Own the website content and copywriting process. *.Own the content strategy and editorial calendar from the start to finish of the sales process. *.Update and create target buyer personas to inform your content production. *.Create compelling content that adds value through education and stories externally. *.Create 1-2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (ebooks, white papers, infographics, guides, etc.). *.Blog on an ongoing basis in support of your other projects and to attract site visitors through search, social, and email subscribers. *.Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that is in-tune with their needs. *.Collaborate with designers, marketing, sales, executives, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience. *.Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team and others will rely on your work every single day. Required Qualifications: *.Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. *.At least 4 years of experience creating editorial content. *.Experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). *.Experience building audiences online or offline. *.Experience in building web pages and editing HTML/CSS. *.In-depth knowledge of Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform to produce smart CTAs according to visitor life cycle stage...
