We are looking for a marketing professional to join the fast-paced Seahorse Agilent Marketing team. This is your opportunity to join the team that's bringing innovative new cell analysis products and applications to life science and to collaborate with our customers to empower research breakthroughs, insights and new solutions. This is a leadership position and the successful individual will be a key participant in influencing the expansions and development of Agilents Cell Analaysis business.
As a member of this high-performing team, you will be responsible for:
• Act as liaison to the Agilent field marketing organization to optimize the field deployment of Seahorse marketing materials and ensure success of new product introductions and ramp-to-volume initiatives.
• You will lead the development of processes that ensure global implementation of the marketing programs necessary to drive the Seahorse cell analysis business and report the success of each programs to the marketing and field teams.
• You will act as the Voice of the Field and the customer to ensure that every program provides the necessary tools and collateral required to exceed sales objectives. You will input and support product marketing through market sensing to support the direction and development of new Seahorse products
• You will use your market sensing and insights to advise the business on key potential collaborations, partnerships and potential future acquisitions that can further expand and develop Agilent cell analysis presence and when deemed appropriate you will participate in any such collaborations and partnerships.
• We are looking for a self-motivated leader who likes to travel and has strong inter-personal skills to be a highly-effective coach for the Seahorse field teams and work collaboratively with peers across a matrixed organization.
To accomplish this, you will:
• Deploy through field marketing team, Seahorse product marketing programs globally, ensuring field effectiveness and assessing end user adoption and benefit.
• Implement regional training programs that enables the sales team to clearly position Seahorse products and explain their benefits to customers.
• Ensure promotions and marketing communication tactics are defined and all marketing tools, sales collateral and sales training are in place in all regions prior to launch.
• Work closely with the Seahorse product manager and marcom teams to develop regional marketing program metrics.
• Track regional customer data to facilitate effective program development.
• Measure and evaluate impact of marketing programs. Implement corrective actions to ensure delivery of targeted results.
