Sales Operations Manager | Turkcell Istanbul, Turkey

Job Details:
The main purpose of the role is:
*. Managing all sales operations and support activities between six regions and related departments (ICT, Network, CEM, Regulation)
*. Reporting, evaluating Fiber, Mobile, Device, XDSL, VOIP and Turkcell TV+ installation& sales performance
*. Management of Turkcell and Turkcell Superonline product sales operations in Turkcell and Turkcell Superonline dealers
*. Providing support to local management to monitor their business and interlock with Deal One team for deals to be structured to ensure recognition upfront
*. Reporting, evaluating and consolidatin g customer needs over sales and sharing this detections with marketing to increase sales and provide excellent customer experience
*. Ensuring complete and detailed input is received from all disciplines (Residential and Corporate Sales, Marketing, HR, CEM, Regulation)
*. Providing the input to the Channel Support Manager on behalf of the Regional Manager
*. Supporting channel managers and channel teams by providing field support on solution sales through a team at channel partner
*. Defining metrics/ KPIs, managing performance monitoring for sales team
*. Responsible for customer satisfaction measuremen t process, analysis of satisfaction survey results and derivation of action plans
*. Statistical analysis of long-term sales data, mapping of purchasing trends of customers, derivation of business actions to exploit new sales potentials..
