Job Details:
The HR Clerk is responsible for assisting the Human Resource Manager in the day to day occurrences in the HR office.
Position Responsibilities
*. Screening, interviewing, and hiring of manufacturi ng staff. New hire orientation and training. Entering and maintaining personnel files (both hard copy and computer).
*. Handle day to day employee questions
*. Conduct New Hire Orientation
*. Ensure accurate time records are kept by checking for missed punches or discrepancie s.
*. Program time cards for hourly employees.
*. Process hourly payroll on a weekly basis.
*. Enter deductions into Kronos
*. Complete employee verification forms and unemployme nt forms as they come in.
*. Administer and track all Family Medical Leave for both hourly and salary employees.
*. Track vacations and update
*. Track Attendance for hourly employees
*. Enter payroll adjustments
*. Gather information and investigation of terminations and submit documentati on for approvals..
