Job Details:
Provide support and assistance to the USC Health and Authenticity Leader and team.
H&A Coordination
*.Coordinate Division andPCT Annual H&A Evolution:
*.Support cross-category assessments related to H&A trends ie Sweetener/Sodium assessment etc;
*.Workshop series development, coordination, facilitation, materials, actions & follow-up
*.Support USC Mandate strategy and maintenance:
*.LeadSensitive Ingredient Customer database strategyand maintenance;
*.SupportMandate execution/testingincluding banned and sensitive ingredient candidate business case assessment
*.SupportUSC Sustainability Strategydevelopment and new process implementation
Data & Analysis
*.LeadH&A Industry trackingand reporting to support USC, Division and PCT Strategy development
*.Support USC Strategy evolution by developing/recommending assigned white papers on key H&A trends
*.Make Preliminary recommendations on USC H&AAcquisition candidate assessments
*.Develop quarterlyH&A Financial Update
*.Support USC H&A Governancewith USC tracking on banned and sensitive ingredientusage
*.CoordinateUSC H&A Ingredient EscalationandH&A Messaging Review
*.Manage OATSharepoint and Mailbox
*.OAT facilitationand coordination: Manage meeting calendar, weekly agendas, actions and follow-ups
*.Support H&A department’s monthly governance w/Ray
*.Manage USCPosition Statement Dashboardon Sharepoint to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with strategy
*.ManageH&A Storefront content strategyand execution
*.Support H&A Communication Execution by managing thecommunication roadmapand executing on assigned communication deliverables
*.SupportH&A Training Executionwith development and coordination of H&A training modules, materials and logistics
*.SupportH&A Customer inquiry: Support development and follow-up on customer inquiries related to H&A topics including sustainability
*.Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
*.1 – 3 years business experience with demonstrated ability in data analysis to include interpretation, identification of trends and recommendations for action.
*.Ability to communicate and work effectively with multiple levels and different functions within the organization including solid communication and presentation skills.
*.Strong organizational, leadership and teamwork skills.
*.Demonstrated problem solving ability and ability to work independently with little direction.
*.Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint..
