ICM Administrator | Emirates NBD Dubai

Job Details:
The ICM Administrator will be responsible for understanding, designing and maintaining the “Incentive Compensation Management” platform developed by Oracle. This job will be under the Performance Management function of CLM.
Job responsibilities:
· To have relevant experience on a cloud based platform that is ICM equivalent
· To obtain in-depth understanding of the ICM Platform and its working mechanics
· Set metrics for the processes, analyze them and initiate corrective action
· Ensure that all payments are reviewed to be correct, in time and complete according the payment rules
· Research and solve sales related inquiries in accordance with approved incentive scheme
· Apply and test compensation rules in ownership areas to ensure adequate and accurate commission payment
· Prepare and deliver necessary training to key customers
· Liaise with Sales , IT and Finance partners to resolve any issues that might occur
· Proactively implement preventative measures to mitigate payment risks
· Provide clarity and direction on the process to the team
· Track exceptions to the standards and ensure process documentation
· Lead process improvements and automation initiatives
