Purpose of the Job
The relationship manager is required to maintain high client satisfaction ratings through:
*. Prompt resolution to client complaints and disputes
*. Understandi ng the full product and services being offered by Doha Bank, in order to maximize cross selling opportunitie s
*. Delivering tangible benefit through effective service management , adding value to clients and enhancing service proposition and customer experience
*. Treat customers in ways that build trust
Main Duties
*. Responsible for servicing and building good relationships with high net worth clients.
*. Responsible for acquiring new clients and retention of the existing clients.
*. Prepare/iden tify database for high net worth clients and arrange marketing calls.
*. Responsible for addressing and resolving the client issues.
*. Inform clients/cross – sell the latest products and services offered by the Bank.
*. Achieve self targets and ensure all staff are well managing and optimizing their portfolio.
*. Suggest value additions/en hancements on the product offerings by conducting continuous competitors analysis.
