Job Details:
This position is responsible for the coordination of member field inspections.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate the schedule of Field Inspectors.
* Communicate status to agents / underwriters.
* Receive high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls to secure inspection.
* Maintain daily records and logs.
* Utilize systems to research information needed to complete assigned tasks.
* Data entry and other computer work necessary.
* One to two years prior insurance knowledge and/or related work experience preferred. Advanced communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
* Ability to function in fast paced, changing environment requiring strong project/task and deadline oriented approach to work.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
* Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings.
