Job Details:
The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for seamlessly transitioning new and existing Upserve customers onto the the systems and networks that power the cloud- based suite of Upserve products, including the Breadcrumb point of sale (Read our announcement!). This role will specialize in establishing an immediate rapport with customers, setting clear expectations for our processes, technically executing the onboarding or transition process, and maintaining customers' excitement for the product. Crucial for success in this role is a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, a knack for de-escalation, a healthy attitude for competition, an even healthier sense of humor, and an unwavering commitment to our customers. Day to day, this means:
*. Collaborating with our customers to launch Upserve + peripheral hardware, communicati ng via phone, email, screen-share + chat
*. Scheduling, conducting + leading kick-off calls with customers to outline processes + manage expectations
*. Using internal tools including Salesforce, Service Cloud + other web-based dashboards to manage the customer onboarding process
*. Ensuring a seamless transition for customers, delivering world-class service and a positive user experience
*. Solving for on-site configuratio n anomalies + forging brand new onboarding processes as our suite of products grows
