Human Resources Analyst (Temporary Job) | General Motors São José dos Campos Area, Brazil

Job Details:
The main responsibilities will be :
• 6 months contract;
• Partner with hiring leaders of assigned functional areas to learn (1) hiring needs, (2) business objectives of senior leaders, and (3) the necessary level, experience, characteristics, and competencies of new recruits;
• Proactively build collaborative relationships with hiring leaders;
• Assist hiring leaders in developing appropriate job descriptions that will attract a well-defined candidate pool.
• Set expectations for the hiring process and follow through on organizational commitments;
• Work with assigned functional area’s human resource partners and hiring leaders, as the subject matter expert, to (1) provide desired recruiting strategies, (2) identify and screen qualified candidates (internal and external), and (3) professionally onboard new employees;
• Proactively present to functional leadership team a candidate pool that meet the experience and qualifications defined in recruiting strategy;
• Manage requisitions at any given time, depending on location and jobs, and actively monitor all candidates’ progress in the process. Work with hourly positions for General Motors Brazil (GMB) (SCS, SJC, CPCA, Sorocaba, Mogi, GVT);
• Understand the (1) external factors that impact the supply of top talent, (2) competitive position of the company, (3) salary levels, (4) candidate supply, and (5) candidate requirements for different job categories.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Administration and related areas;
• Experience in end to end Talent Acquisition process, such as sourcing and recruiting tools, interview process, etc;
