*.Manage Franchise/Retail Store rollout within the business
*.Compile Franchise/Retail Store Mobile Business Plans – outlining attainment of targets
*.Implementation & Control
*.Advertising ( above and below the line) - suggestions
*.Franchise/Retail store segmentation and development
*.Establish and align the business budgets for rollout
*.Forecasting sales from outlets
*.Forecasting device sales
*.Reporting on business to line manager
*.Price structuring & control input within the business
*.Project management of store rollouts and cost control
2. Franchise Selection and Governance
*.Design franchise selection framework
*.Design franchise operating manual and prospectus
*.Drive consistency in ‘look and feel’ of all showrooms and franchise shops (Airtel Express Showrooms, Retail Sales Outlets etc.)
*.Grow the Airtel market share/presence within your channel
*.Implement & sustain contracts/contacts in your channel
3. Performance Management
*.Define performance standards across retail footprint
*.Develop competency matrix for showroom and franchise employees
*.Work with the Regional Retail Heads and teams to drive retail KPIs
4. Manage the Division’s budget, projects, people and process to achieve set targets.
*.Optimize operating costs to ensure ROI
*.Ensure optimal placement of showrooms employees (e.g. flagship showrooms)
*.Drive team Employee Engagement for improved performance and talent retention
*.Design an effective rewards scheme for showroom team
*.Top talent career mapping/development
Desired Skills and Experience
*.Minimum of 15 years work experience with at least 10 years relevant work experience in Retail/Customer Service, etc.
*.Project Management Experience
*.Experience in monitoring and managing multiple retail outlets with a view to tracking & optimizing service delivery
*.Ability to create the ideal ambience for effective & efficient customer service
*.In depth knowledge of the Nigerian GSM industry
*.Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
*.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
