Our top Client Support Coordinators are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. They are great at building relationships and are interested in the news, current affairs and social media.
We are looking for a confident and energetic Client Support Coordinator to join our team who will provide administrative support to our National Portfolio account management team based in Sydney, along with exceptional customer service to our clients.
The role is hands on in dealing with a diverse range of clients across all industries. You will be required to provide client support on a range of services Isentia clients use to monitor and analyse traditional and social media and, in many circumstances, be the first point of call for client queries.
