TheChief Revenue Officer position is responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing sales and development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties.
Applicant MUST have 10+ years of experience managing and growing a sales division with $10+ million in annual sales.
*. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base.
*.Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
*.Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, territories and/or industry verticals; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
*.Implements sales programs by developing field sales/phone sales action plans.
*.Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
*.Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
*.Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
*.Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
*.Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
*.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
*.Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
*.Track sales team metrics and refine process to achieve KPI goals

*.Customer Acquisition Cost
*.Unit Economics
*.Working with Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales incentive compensation administration.
