Job Details:
*. Manage the development of the FIFA World Cup Official Mascot Strategy including the concept and the activation strategy
*. Collaborate with different FIFA Departments regarding the mascot design and name creation process, ensuring the Mascot image and Mascot name are protectable and the activation of the mascot costume as well as the marketing communicati on across all platforms
*. Innovate and propose new concepts for promoting FIFA event trophies, define/updat e and communicat e usage guidelines to stakeholder groups and consult on and manage event trophy loan appearance requests from authorized stakeholders
*. Manage FIFA’s Champions Badge project for its senior tournaments and innovate further strategic development s in consultation with other internal stakeholders
*. Support the Group Leader in scoping, managing and implementin g strategic branding projects, including the replacement enterprise solution for the FIFA Digital Archive (|FIFA’s Brand Extranet for stakeholders ), ongoing evolution of the FIFA Corporate Brand including visual identity, tone of voice and sonic identity and leverage FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women’s World Cup Historic Marks
Desired Skills and Experience
*. Three to five years professional work experience as a Brand Manager for an international organisation
*. Proven track record of leading and delivering multiple projects autonomousl y under tight time and budget constraints towards pre-defined goals
*. Fluent in English (verbal and written); German, French and/or Spanish a plus
*. Ability to understand, explain and justify the company’s brand strategy and philosophy in discussion with internal and external stakeholders
*. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
