The Technology Development team design and implements sensing solutions and technologies for Apple products. The key goal of the Technology Development team is to enable the world’s best user-experience. New challenges arise everyday that require the sharp problem-solving skills of talented and smart individuals. The team features a collaborative and hands-on environment that fosters engineering excellence, creativity, and innovation.
Key Qualifications
*. Excellent written and verbal communicati on skills and solid teamwork.
*. Experience in bench characterizat ion and mass production testing.
*. Experience in building custom test and characterizat ion platform.
*. Experience in Python and or Matlab script authoring
*. Experience in C/C++ programmin g for both traditional and embedded computers.
*. Hands-on experience in prototype bring-up and characterizat ion.
Sensor test process and methods definition from specifications.
Sensor test plan definition.
Test system and environment definition.
Develop custom test jigs, test stations and other mass production oriented test systems.
Design analysis, characterization, and validation of test and characterization systems.
Interface with and drive vendors providing test equipment hardware.
Prepare quality characterization and validation reports.
Monitor quality out of the module vendor
Define and implement system level testing and calibration
Technical leadership.
M.S. in Electrical Engineering + minimum of 5 years of industry experience or demonstrated expertise in the field of electrical engineering, optical engineering or RF engineering.
