The Post: Manager - Digital Analytics
Key accountabilities include the following:
Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of digital analytics data to identify and recommend actions.
Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports that align with business objectives.
Measure the impact of business objectives and tactics and develop and implement solutions that demonstrate progress towards achieving goals.
Determine digital analytics needs and capabilities and develop a roadmap for implementation, including identifying new digital analytics tools, agency partner support, and other potential resources, as necessary.
Inform and influence what to build and manage for a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our schools (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action.
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs) and lead-generating forms.
Educate, train and empower stakeholders to leverage Google Analytics and other analytics tools, as a resource for recognizing opportunities for improvement.Establish and maintain governance for GEMS’s analytics infrastructure and tagging practices, to maintain the overall quality of the implementation and data it provides
Note: UAE based applicants will be given preference. This position is based in Dubai, GEMS Corporate Office and our schools in MENASA region.

Skill Requirements:
*. Broad understanding of media and campaign execution and analysis tools such as ad servers (DFA), organic search, social media management and listening, and paid search bid management.
*.Excellent communication and presentation skills to present information and data to different constituents.
*.Understanding of and experience with Google Tag Manager, data layer concepts or similar tag management systems.
*.Experience with web analytics tools – Google Analytics
*.Familiarity with fundamentals of content management and digital publishing.
*.Ability to lead complex projects involving multiple web properties, different CMS platforms, and various internal and agency stakeholders.
*.Understanding of email marketing tactics and marketing automation platforms,
*.Working (intermediate level) knowledge of web languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
*.Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established deadlines
*.Requires excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
*.Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Visualization software EG Tableau...
