Job Details:
· Manage the effective achievement of Human Resources objectives through the leadership of the Human Resources department – setting individual objectives, recruiting qualified staff, managing performance, developing and motivating staff and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximise subordinate and unit performance.
Budgets & Plans
· Prepare and recommend the departmental ,manpower, training budgets and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
Organization Structure & Manpower Plan
· Prepare a Transition plan to transform the old organization structure to the new organization structure in order to implement proposed recommendations..
· Identify manpower needs and analysis and manage the manpower plan in order to obtain manpower results and set the manpower budget.
HR Policies and Procedures
§ Establish, Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures encompassing all areas of HR activity in order to ensure consistency and equity of HR practices.
§ Monitor all staff issues and HR Practices in consideration with MAZAYA to ensure equity of HR practices and issues are conducted in an efficient and effective manner.
Training and Development
· Liaise with Line managers and directors to identify and analyse training and development needs, requirements and delivery style to ensure the most cost effective and training is achieved.
· Manage and develop customised training and development plan and programs to meet the training needs identified that support the achievement of business objectives to improve organization effectiveness and capabilities across the entire workforce and oversee the design and delivery of training programs in order to enhance company performance.
Recruitment & Selection
§ Manage and execute the recruitment and exit plans to attract the appropriate calibre of people to fill identified vacancies to meet the business objectives.
§ Manage interview process to recruit candidates for MAZAYA.
§ Manage the various assessment methods to improve the performance of the recruitment process and development needs.
Performance Management:
· Establish the implementation of appropriate processes for identifying key performance indicators to ensure clarity of contributions expected of individuals and allow for linkages between performance and reward which is aligned with delivery of objectives.
· Manage the design, development and implementation of a Performance management system to measure individual performance driven by objective performance criteria.
Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and Rewards
· Propose recommendations for the Compensation and Benefits package to develop and evaluate the salary, benefits and incentive structures which enable MAZAYA to attract, motivate and retain the appropriate calibre of talent to best meet the business requirements.
