Job Details:
Business Analysis
• Prepare business requirements, “as is” and “to be” organisational models, process maps, procedures and documentation
• Support the cohesion of all legacy models in relation to new models
• Manage systems and understand the requirements that underpin business performance
Change Management
• Develop and deliver effective communication on message and timing consistent with transition milestones
• Develop and manage customised change plans across projects for different stakeholder groups
• Compose, edit and manage the production of a range of material to effectively support staff awareness
• Participate in Communication and Training Working Groups to plan, coordinate and execute effective and original communications and publications across target audiences within stakeholder organisations to enable awareness, readiness and acceptance of the solution
Key Responsibilities
• Industry Knowledge and Expertise: in-depth knowledge and experience with business operations, change management and business intelligence
• Preparation of business strategies & business cases for above area of expertise, presentation to clients and obtaining approval to go ahead
• Preparing bids and proposals – Presales support at CXO level (presenting value propositions and convincing potential clients to adopt strategies (create differentiation for CGI)
• Development of project deliverables and plans
• Identifying and qualifying user requirements
• Evaluation and recommendation of systems and processes (Business Process Re-engineering)
• Delivery of creditable, reputation enhancing services
• Follow and improve the CGI Methodology
• Quality of delivery (meeting customer expectations)
• Keep up to date with products strengths and weaknesses
• Background in consulting with one of the major Consulting houses
Mandatory Requirements
• Five+ years' experience business consulting, with an emphasis on Business Analysis and Change Communication
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation
• Business Degree or equivalent tertiary communication or change management qualification
• Experience with complex change communications program across multiple organisations or business units
• Flexible to change with the changing needs of the program
• Positive, enthusiastic, self-confident and committed
