Position DescriptionJob Summary
*.Primary commercial interface between Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) with direct customer
*.Drive and support customer in the sales of Volvo CE products
*.Lead the development and execution of entire dealer business plan (sales and aftermarket)
*.Monitor and report market trends sales performance
*.Listen to concerns and issues from customers and recommend appropriate actions
*.Work in close cooperation with Product/Service Managers and Business DirectorMain Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities
*.Customer satisfaction, market share, volume and price realization goals for all products
*.Develop and expend SGP customers base in sales and implementing sales activities to optimize long-term profitability
*.Work closely with Part/Service and Sales Team
*.Coordinate customer activities
*.Communicate agreed business plan internally
*.Driving solutions for a commercial goodwill issuesRequired knowledge & experience
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position
*.Degree or Diploma in any engineering or business fields from a recognized institution
*.At least 5 years experience in CE or similar industry
*.Min 3 years of working in a similar capacity
*.Preferred technical knowledge on CE
*.Good analytical skills & understanding of the B2B practice
*.Strong customer orientation/ ability to entertain
*.Excellent communication skills in English and able to converse Chinese dialects
*.Commercially and business focus. Target driven
*.Team player with ability to work under minimum supervision
*.Can take the pressure from a demanding industry
*.Proven leadership qualities..
