Project Administrator- The Economist - Angola

Job Details:
In the role you would be expected to:
*.Provide day-to-day admin and logistics support to the project team
*.Act as Speaker liaison
*.Coordinate event audio-visual requirements
*.Collect speaker collateral and presentation materials;
*.Schedule briefing calls
*.Take meeting minutes and distribute to team
*.Update websites
*.Provide onsite support to the team
*.Process invoices and responsible for gathering billing evidence
*.Coordinate flights and accommodation as required
*.Update project documents
Experience, skills and professional attributes:
To succeed in the role you must have:
*.Experience in prioritising tasks effectively whilst working on several projects simultaneously
*.Good time management
*.Strong communications skills – spoken and written
*.Collaborative approach
*.Good IT skills – PC literate (MS Office), Excel, ability to use database etc
*.First degree preferred
*.Fluent English
*.Knowledge of Arabic language would be advantageous
