Job Details:
MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Conduct regional market research to drive demand, determine potential sales, and create a best-in-class customer experience through website content. Design, develop and implement business development and marketing strategies, plans and projects to drive awareness of products and services and direct traffic to the store in one or more categories. Disrupt customer engagement on-site to improve conversion. Identify merchandising opportunities to understand customer shopping behaviors, how they navigate/browse the site and develop a roadmap of capabilities and tools to better meet the needs of the customers. Participate in the development lifecycle, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning, and coordinate programs to grow traffic across multiple channels (SEO, email, social media). Perform quantitative and qualitative market research and analyze business requirements and user behavior to create innovative marketing campaigns and advertising programs that leverage sophisticated marketing technologies such as advanced behavioral targeting and dynamic creative generation. Define and drive marketing initiatives and programs to meet business needs and financial goals, and develop product roadmaps. Partner with technology teams to create and deliver against aggressive roadmaps. Develop, analyze, and refine attribution models for customer acquisition campaigns. Define success criteria, design structured and often sophisticated campaign tests, and analyze test and ongoing campaign results. Develop and facilitate campaigns across a variety of technology platforms, inventory sources, and ad formats, leveraging both internal and external opportunities. Partner across finance, technology, and creative teams to plan, test, optimize, and grow display campaigns. Design and implement seasonal events to drive incremental traffic to the stores, create customer acquisition pushes, create and communicate a marketing calendar and routinely define success metrics and measure marketing performance.
Basic Qualifications
Primary Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Bus Admin, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of experience as a Market Research Analyst, Business Analyst, Site Merchandiser or related role.
