Job Details:
Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and implementation of the Seasonal Calendar. Role works closely with the Seasonal Marketing lead to design and develop seasonal programs to impact the annual revenue delivery across all Categories. Collaborate closely with Stores teams and calendar as well as Segment Marketing team.

*.Represent the voice of the customer in marketing program development
*.Identify and develop mart Stores marketing partnership opportunities Marketing Planning & Execution
*.Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs throughout the year as well as during holidays and seasonal pushes
*.Own the relationship with Bentonville marketing for relevant campaigns or customer segments
*.Develop and execute multi-channel marketing calendar to drive acquisition as well as retention/loyalty
*.Use available data and reporting to guide marketing decision making
*.Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure one voice to the customer
*.Collaborate with and Walmart Stores marketing teams, buyers, and site merchandising teams to accomplish goals
*.Partner with suppliers to support sell-in and execution of marketing programs
*.Work with creative and marketing channel teams to ensure on-time, high quality execution of marketing deliverables.
*.Travel to Bentonville as needed

*.Achieves marketing objectives for one or more key segments
*.Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
*.Develops annual plan(s) for one or more key segments
*.Drives sales growth and changes in customer attitudes and behaviors for one or more key segments
*.Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
*.Manages project and initiative performance
*.Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Minimum Qualifications
*.Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field and 3 years experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years experience in marketing or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
*.1 year experience managing cross-functional teams.
*.1 year of supervisory experience.
*.2 years experience in online marketing.
*.2 years experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.
*.3 years experience in direct or indirect retail marketing, including product marketing and brand management.
*.Master's degree in Business Administration or related field...
