The Sales Challenge
*.Generate £1m of new members a year
*.Sell 200 members at an average prince of £5k a year
*.Have annual costs including commission that do not exceed £300k
*.Have a sales team retention rate of no less than 1000 days
*. Distribute fairly across the networks the number of new members
*.Receive no commission if the teams monthly cost base is not covered
*.Use the Winmark Operating System for sales management
Gold Standard
*. Should expect a Gold Standard of support from the network teams
*.Where price pressure, should work to achieve an improved service rather than compromise price
*.Exceptional sales planning, network co-ordination and professional discipline
*.Exceptional communications, communications management and management reporting
Capital Value
*.Must continuously build the capital value of the sales team through knowledge, contacts and processes
Quality control
*.Make the CEO immediately aware if any network programme is difficult sell
Brand Impact
*.Every sales engagement must leave a positive image of Winmark regardless whether they buy or not
*.The brand impact should be consistent regardless of network or sales person
Successful candidates will go through Winmark and Network training, will have unparalleled C-Suite access (FTSE / Fortune) and will quickly become a guru in the C-Suite area they support.
