Job Details:
*.To drive Retail Foreign Exchange (FX) Business of SCB Bangladesh for all of Retail Segment (Priority, Personal and Business Clients)
*.Contribute in achieving & Growing Retail Banking FX Sales Revenue
*.Achieve Individual Revenue Targets
*.Increase market share of Student File
*.Monitor and Drive Student Relationship Officers (SROs)
*.Preserve and foster the existing franchise
*.Increase depth of FX Market through migration of best practice
*.Increase FX Flow from Non Resident Bangladeshi (NRB)
*.Ramp-up Sanchaypatra and NRB Bond business for Retail Segment of Bangladesh
*.New Product Development for Wealth Markets Products and Sales (WMPS)
*.Run campaign and arrange internal training for Retail Front Line members
Key Roles and Responsibilities
*.Preserve and expand wallet size of existing and new customer base
*.Develop Business Strategies for specific product channels, customer segment and geographic segment for WMPS & FM products
*.To plan for attrition and make necessary arrangements so that required numbers are maintained.
*.Facilitate the collation and transformation of relevant information about competitors segments, products and services in the country.
*.Manage day-to-day financial and key indicators , conduct regular review of potential business and profitability: review and improve productivity and cost indicators for affluent customer segments: define MIS requirement , ensure effective and efficient operations without compromise of control and service quality
*.Work with Retail Team in establishing priorities for Retail Banking. Support the Retail Banking country head in developing over all country strategy.
*.Contribute in strategies and business plan to achieve the budget
*.Ensure sustainable business growth to attain long term growth aspiration
*.Initiate, co-ordinate and support development of new products
*.Ensure visibility and enhance image of SCB as the leading bank in WMPS Segment.
*.Educate front-liners (i.e. branch sales people, priority RMs) to be enable to talk about WMPS & FM products with clients on day-to-day basis
*.Instituting contacts with important clients to expand the product base and introduce new products
*.Organize customer entertainment programs & workshops for customers and stakeholders.
*.Provide quality economic information to Retail Banking front lines and customers related to Markets volatility and views as part of education and promotion of Treasury products
*.Actively participate in joint marketing calls with Retail Banking frontlines to promote Treasury Products to customers
Risk Management
*.Ensure that effective process and controls are in place with clear responsibility and accountability for the prevention of money laundering, mis-selling, mis-representation, fraud and customer protection in line with Group policy, and local legal and regulatory requirement
*.Responsible for ensure efficiency of operations.
*.Ensure compliance with dealer’s code of conduct, credit and operational standards for the team
*.Responsible for compliance to all group and regulatory standards
People Management:
*.Ensure acceptance among all stakeholders
*.Integrate with the Retail Segment set-up
Qualifications and Skills
*.Minimum 3 Years experience in Banking
*.Strong Communication & Analytical Skill
*.Highly organized self-motivator
*.Strong Interpersonal Skill and a good team player..
