Job Details:
The Red Hat Asia-Pacific (APAC) Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to join us in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You'll also conduct complex data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the APAC region. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders from across the company. In this role, you will work with the APAC and global marketing teams to offer relevance and context to marketing automation, process and reporting, and analysis improvements. You will use clearly defined KPIs to track and report success.
Primary job responsibilities
*.Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
*.Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
*.Engage and partner with Global Marketing Operations team to represent APAC at a global level and share global resources and knowledge with the local teams
*.Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
*.Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
*.Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
*.Support APAC business requirements related to marketing automation, website optimization, database management, and lead flow in coordination with agencies and local teams
*.Communicate tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds in order to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region
*.Develop and deploy marketing metrics, benchmarking, reporting, and analytical insights to drive tighter efficiency and productivity
*.Collaborate with the lead management team to coordinate a closed-loop analysis to assess program results, determine indicated actions, and guide continuous improvements to marketing efficiency and effectiveness
*.Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve return on marketing investments of future campaigns
*.Assist business leaders to translate data into actionable information and recommendations
*.Administer and regulate marketing automation technology
*.Conduct formal and informal training on core marketing tools
Required skills
*.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields
*.10+ years of experience in APAC marketing operations and related fields; 5+ years of analytical experience in a marketing environment
*.Solid analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to translate business analysis into strategy
*.Good communication and presentation skills
*.Deep understanding and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g.Oracle, Eloqua) and marketing processes
*.Proficient knowledge in working across multiple countries and local environments
*.Solid analytical skills, including a mastery of Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and data analysis
*.Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
*.Technically capable with a desire to improve processes
*.Expert knowledge of marketing campaign and localization workflows
*.Expert knowledge in marketing automation technology and its use in evolving technology like paid media, social media, and mobile..
