Marketing & Sales Specialist | DuPont-APAC- Indonesia

Job Details:
- Spending 30% time allocation on Industrial Sales to ensure:
*.Delivering against segment volume and revenue targets by increasing our penetration at current Industrial and Construction accounts in Indonesia.
*.Targeting revenue growth by building further relationships in the Industrial and Construction space to generate new revenue opportunities.
*.Conducting all sales planning (Price Management, Forecasting, Terms Management etc.) activities for the assigned segment.
- Spending 30% time allocation on Packaging End Users work for Indonesia and ensure the following associated responsibilities to be fulfilled:
*.Mapping out all potentials for the business & critical end users for all strategic Packaging segments in Indonesia (Food & non-Food),
*.Initiates development programs with the End Users & drive execution in collaboration with country Packaging Sales manager towards full commercialization
*.Intensive efforts in building up a strong business network and relationship with key End Users in the leading Food (and/or non-Food) sub-segments in Indonesia
- Spending remaining 40% time allocation on Marketing, emphasizing efforts in Industrial Polymer with the following associated responsibilities as below:
*.Driving all the end market marketing activities covering from market assessments works to identify the unmet needs of the industry/customers & quantify the business potentials to all maintenance marketing activities (e.g. Marketing Communication including Branding/Labeling, etc…).
*.Identifying and assessing new market opportunities in Industrial and Construction segments in Indonesia, following up with developing plans, executing the plans and drive new business development programs to commercialize.
*.Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective collaboration between marketing and sales as well as commercialization of the market opportunities identified.
*.Ability to develop business strategic plans.
*.Ability to independently conduct market assessment study including direct interview skills with business customers
*.Good analytical skills and logical thinking process.
*.Ability to conduct sales transaction and building strong business relationship with customers
*.Experiences working in different plastic-related industries e.g. Packaging, Automotive, E&C, etc… would be considered as advantage.
*.Relevant technical knowledge as well as thorough experiences in new business development.
*.Competency to drive and lead some specific NBD projects to commercialization.
*.Good interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate...
