Job Details:
The Lead Operations Representative responsibilities include basic level reporting, customer service support, reviewing and processing transactions for item processing, and performing other support operations functions as required. The representative ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external stakeholders.
*.Monitor and validate banknotes vendor invoices following standard procedures
*.Understands settlement and wire payment functions
*.Ensure all the invoices are processed on time with no delay
*.Handle other invoice process related duties/functions as assigned
*.Liaise with banknote advisory desk and operations
*.Ensure quality service and effective and efficient operations support for internal business partners and vendors
*.Prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
*.Identify and implement process improvements
*.Commitment to teamwork
*.Solid computer skills including proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
*.Ability to work independently and achieve daily deliverables
*.1-2 years banking experience an asset
*.Excellent organizational skills
*.Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*.Post Secondary education
*.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including statutory holidays...
