Supply Chain Director – Toronto, Ontario | Unilever- Canada

Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Director sits on the Unilever Canada Executive Board and is responsible for the country's supply chain operation.
In particular, he/she is responsible for customer service (including CPFR programmes), inventory and waste control, supply chain cost control, distribution and logistics, demand and supply planning, integration with the manufacturing network and continued supply chain innovation.
Position Responsibilities:
Customer service to retail and non retail customers.
SC cost control and cash management through waste, inventory, distribution etc.
SC innovation to deliver reduced costs, better delivery performance to customers and business growth opportunities.
Development of immediate line managers and staff.
Terms of Employment:
Permanent, Full-time for 40 hours per week
Experience Required:
Leading a senior staff team
10 + years Supply Chain (covering all of Manufacturing, Planning and Customer Service).
4 year bachelors degree required – in an Engineering or similar discipline.
International experience working in a number of different cultures around the world
CPG experience with a similar blue chip organization.
Remuneration Package
The salary range for this position is between $150,000 - 170,000 annually based on individual experience, internal equityand market data...
