Service Representative | Rolls Royce- Singapore

Job Details:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Service Representative roles to provide day-to-day direct in-field operational service support to Singapore Airlines (SIA). These roles will be based in our SIA customer base facility, and report to the Trent XWB TotalCare Availability Manager. These roles are part of the wider CSC South Asia region, and as such the Service Representatives will be functionally attached to the services organization in the CSC.
Key Accountabilities:
? Execute Resolve Customer Issues (RCI) process with responsibility for first line problem resolution
? Manage and direct assigned field resources in support of customer requirements
? Drive customer satisfaction/complaint targets and delivery including proactive management of issues to resolution
? Provide support of new product introduction and in preparing customer readiness for the receipt of products
? Effectively manage ?in service? customer relationships
? Provide customer input on business forecasts, fleet plans, and shop visit plans
? On-the-job training of customer personnel
? Identify sales and services opportunities, on-the-job training of customer personnel
? Provide on-wing technical support to SIA including specific on wing maintenance recommendations and engine work-scope definition....
