Sales Administrative Support Representative | Red Hat- Cork, Ireland

Job Details:
The Red Hat Operations team is seeking a Sales Administrative Support Representative with fluent English, French, and Spanish language skills to join us in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you will work with a team of three representatives to support the Red Hat Sales organization, reducing the administrative work for the sales representatives on specific tasks and responsibilities. You'll communicate and interact with the Sales team on a daily basis to ensure tasks performed are accurate and satisfy customer needs.
Primary job responsibilities
*.Assist sales teams in developing proposals, performing entitlement and contract searches, entitlement transfers, and working on large quotes and co-term agreements
*.Ability to quickly and accurately assemble quotes with supporting documentation on a daily basis
*.Work with counterparts to ensure accurate, regular, and relevant reports to all sales managers to promote revenue and enhance our competitive position
*.Act as the main interface between departments for order processing, delivery, credit check, and invoicing issues
*.Review and expedite purchase requisitions
Required skills
*.2-3 years of experience supporting sales teams
*.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant work experience
*.Ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple sales representatives
*.Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
*.Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision making
*.Attention to detail and personal initiative
*.Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to anticipate needs and determine the best use of time
*.Background using office automation software; skilled with spreadsheet and presentation tools, as well as sales software such as
