Job Details:
 Proficient in general computer skills including Outlook, writing email correspondences, and solid Excel skills.
 Solid verbal communication skills (English), personally accountability, accuracy and follow-up and command of business acumen.
 Foundational bookkeeping knowledge and understanding of budgets, commitments and payables or the like.
 Experience with invoice, purchase request, or similar transaction entry, including review of requests, budget validation, and entry; familiarity of working with an accounting application is a plus.
 An eagerness to learn the functions and technology applications used by the position and grow within the role.
 Ability to work effectively both in a team setting as well as independently; interacting with multi location groups (US & India).
Experience Requirement
The ideal candidate will have work experience with activities such as reviewing and entering purchase commitment requests, invoice processing, recording budget change requests, corresponding on follow-up matters, and researching/resolution of PO and AP payment inquiries. Real Estate construction knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
Required Education/work experience
 Graduate degree or post-graduation degree
 3 or more years relevant work experience with emphasis in financial transaction processing or accounting
 Experience working with a US-based company
 Competency with Microsoft Office Applications Excel and PowerPoint...
