Job Details:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing site administrative and consultative support in the HR area. The Human Resources Assistant's administrative responsibilities may include, but not be limited, support onboarding of new employees, helping to ensure all employee documents and files are maintained, policy interpretation, and the planning and coordination of site employee activities.
Primary Responsibilities • Answers employee and manager queries through telephone or email communications by identifying issues, researching problems, troubleshooting root cause, in order to ensure accurate HR and benefits administration and high customer satisfaction. • Builds and maintains relationship with HR, employees and managers. • Acts as the first point of contact for employee handbook questions. • Prepares employment documentation as per pre-agreed templates/processes. • Assists with administrative implementation of new programs and HR initiatives. • Coordinates HR administrative activities to ensure HR data is accurate and compliant with local legislation. • Assists with Onboarding of the new employees. • Assists with site employee engagement activities. • Assists with the development of presentations, meeting schedules and coordination, etc.
Requirements :Education • Associates or Bachelor's degree; or equivalent relevant experience in HR related background of field. Experience • 2-4 years in HR administration and HR Specialist roles. • Some HR generalist experience preferred. • Basic HR process and US employment law knowledge preferred. • Some change management experience highly desirable. • Must be highly organized. • Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral). ..
