This work will cover a broad spectrum of Brand work: Initiatives and projects that encompass the work of Design, Visual Presentation, Retail Brand and Marketing. You will also drive process for any special projects that the Brand team is accountable for. You will be accountable for managing and motivating a team that is responsible for the same work. As a manager of a team, you will be responsible for Leading, Coaching, Driving and Inspiring their growth and development through successful delivery of accountabilities. You will need to comfortable and versed in effectively communicating ideas to gain buy-in with teams, peers and various leaders, both formally and informally.
Qualifications *.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or another related field *.Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and or strategic planning field *.Comprehensive Retail acumen and experience is preferred. *.Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, drives and inspires a developing team. *.Strong oral and written communications skills, including meeting facilitation and ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior management. *.Ability to effectively elevate strategic concerns to senior management in a timely and accurate manner. *.Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, groups, and businesses. *.Ability to work independently and in small and large teams within a dynamic organization. *.Organization skills, time-management and a passion for the team are a must. *.Microsoft Office and Adobe proficiency are required. *.Formal project management tools and process familiarity is preferred *.Minimum 10% travel in the role..
