Job Details:
Provide Human Resources generalist leadership for the Diamond and Jewelry Supply Division New York City location in disciplines that include but are not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, human resources information management, benefits and training. Develop and leverage partnerships with business leaders to assess and analyze trends, identify and propose business solutions to implement programs that support Human Resources strategies and business needs. Provide HR oversight across Laurelton manufacturing as required.
Generalist Accountabilities *.Develop and promote Human Resources (HR) initiatives to support strategic initiatives. *.Implement and coordinate improvements to internal HR related manufacturing processes and procedures. *.Partner with regional managers on HR initiatives and administration of performance management, merit, coaching,job actions, recruitment, safety, progressive discipline and related activities. *.Coordinate annual performance management, compensation reviews and bench strength analysis processes. *.Regularly interact with multiple staff levels to promote and sustain an open door policy and effectively address conflicts that may arise. *.Provide ongoing feedback to enhance international team subject matter expertise and maximize departmental efficiency.
