Job Details:
The senior analyst, People Operations will own talent data reporting, metrics, analytics, data visualization, storytelling, and driving people programs through data in partnership with leaders across the company. Additionally, the senior analyst will be passionate about helping leaders utilize data on their teams from data collection to dashboarding.
Responsibilities
*.Be relentless about data integrity for talent analytics
*.Be analyst for key talent processes including compensation and talent management
*.Own People Operations data reporting and visualization
*.Partner with recruiting team and leaders on recruiting data to help optimize hiring efforts
*.Attrition reporting and insights for leadership team
*.Employee engagement dataDrive insights from talent data to help optimize People Practices
*.Bring a data driven approach to People Practices
*.Own process optimization for people practices
*.Optimize use of HR systems/technology including Namely
*.Own dashboarding for leaders for their talent data to help in talent decisions

Requirements
*.2+ years of work with data and providing business insights through data
