Job Details:
- Actively acquire new market and customer opportunities. Identify new prospects, generate new RFQ’s, introduce and execute the quotation process and secure new projects up to and including Long Term contract setups.
-Play the active ambassador role of the Allocated Customers within the organization to increase and strengthen the customer orientation of the organization as a whole. Act as coordinator in bringing Company’s and customer’s organization in sync to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Actively pursue market intelligence and benchmarking of competition, related market applications and product portfolios, related to Company’s strengths and weaknesses as a preparation and input for Company’s business planning cycles.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Familiar with automotive seating and head restrain manufacturing is a must
• At least 5 years in automotive seating or head rest sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Have customers' perspective and teaming skills
• Manage and complete business transaction in an effective and efficient manner..
