Client Account Management- Responsible for gaining and managing new accounts, overseeing the account through the entire sales cycle. Deliver a strong customer experience that will allow the customer to confidently recommend our client to their friends and family. Build customers confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple.
Sales Team Management- Lead and supervise client account managers in creating new sales. Act as the leader/ trainer. Coach and observe sales account managers while they interact with potential customers. Share timely feedback based on observations of customer and employee interactions and/or during role playing. Plan specific goals with management and associates, monitor progress and follow up on successes and opportunities. Celebrate individual and team successes.
