Customer Service Manager Working in a state of the art facility - Our client is actively seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their growing team. Must have 5 years experience working as a Manager within an Order Entry department. As the Customer Service Manager, you will have strong attention to details, be client focused & results driven.
Requirements:
Maintain and build relationships with new & existing customers
Lead, coach and mentor customer service team
Assure employees follow policies & procedures
Set up goals with customers
Ensure company objectives and expectations are met and exceeded on a consistent basis
Represent the Customer Service team in management meetings
Develop a positive environment to motivate dedicated employees
Provide feedback and coaching when necessary to team
Ensure work is completed correctly and accurately
Assure shift coverage for department
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to speak with B2B clients
Skills Required:
3+ years Customer Service management experience within a Transportation/Logistics focused company
Experience managing a team of Customer Service Representative
Strong understanding of LTL & carriers across Canada
Advanced Word, Excel & Powerpoint skills
Ability to run, pull and manipulate reports for inventory
Prior experience with coaching, collaboration and conflict management within a team
Ability to travel North American wide for trade show events - 5-10% travel..
