Operations Manager - Insurance | Adecco Thailand Bangkok

Job Details:
As Operations Manager – Travel Insurance, The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Efficiency, Effectiveness and Engagement of the Travel Insurance Platform through the management of +30 people (3 direct reports) providing excellent claims handling services to Australian and New Zealander customers.
The candidate will report directly to the Head of Global Competence Centre and join an international and multicultural organization which considers its employees as its strongest asset and develops them accordingly.
Qualification:
*. Master’s degree in any field
*.+5 years of professional experience preferably in the Insurance industry or Operations management
*.Excellent command of English (with a TOEIC score of 800+)
*.Previous successful experience in a leadership position
*.Intermediate MS Office skills
*.Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, ability to build/maintain rapport with key stakeholders
*.Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
*.Strong self-control with ability to create a pleasant working environment
*.Naturally motivated, self-driven, positive and accountable for business outcomes
