What You Will Be Doing
Reporting directly to the EVP of Operations the Operations Administrator will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and operations support- related tasks, and should be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The Operations Administrator will be a highly resourceful team-player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced cultivation environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
As The Executive Assistant You Will
*. Be an extension of Operations team to handle administrative tasks
*. Be responsible for maintaining operations documents, inventory, KPIs
*. Manage operation and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
*. Greet and coordinate visits from suppliers, vendors and other visitors
*. Assist in new hire on-boarding, orientation
*. Event planning and coordination
*. Be a liaison between vendors and production to assure the best services and materials are known and understood
*. Maintain and reconcile all procurement records to for accuracy, control and analysis
*. Coordinate cleaning responsibilities and waste disposal
*. Backup Packaging Lead
Your Experience And Skills Include
*. Bachelor’s degree 


*. Excellent verbal and superior writing and report presentation skills are essential
*. Highly collaborative team player

*. Polished professional having significant experience (minimum 3 years) supporting a C- level fast paced executive 

*. Ability to handle confidential information is crucial in this role 

*. Demonstrated success where personal results and accountability are evident
*. Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail 

*. Can work independently with little supervision 

*. Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
