Job Details:
An exciting new opportunity for a Mobile App Lead has arisen in London on a permanent basis.
Role Purpose
Working as part of the UK Digital Journey Management team this role will be responsible for managing and leading Application Support to ensure excellent quality of service is delivered through the MyAviva/Aviva Drive App platform to customers and internal staff. The candidate will have a good experience of supporting bespoke applications, working with business owners and with engineering teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
*. Support the Mobile Journey Manager in delivering the mobile App Platforms to customers according to agreed KPIs
*. Monitor the MyAviva/Aviv a Drive platform to rapidly identify and report incidents and risks
*. Ensure that incidents are prioritised appropriatel y and allocated effectively to technical specialists
*. Manage issues related to the platform with including risk and compliance
*. Collaborate with IT delivery teams to enable timely and incident- free software deployment and feature releases
