Job Details:
Develop, implement and maintain Health Direct's (HDi) quality improvement program and associated initiatives that afford the systematic monitoring and measurement of company performance and compliance. Manage training program for HDi Case Management, Medical Affairs, and Utilization Review business units supporting new hire and ongoing training initiatives. Manage the audit functions and report results for both internal staff and external vendors. Monitors regulatory compliance to ensure HDi URAC accreditation and state licenses are maintained and lead the Quality Management Committee.
RN and Bachelor's degree in business is required with at least 5 years of operational experience in a managed care setting, preferably within a workers' compensation and/or disability management environment. Quality management and improvement, regulatory compliance and training experience required. Prior supervisory experience is a plus. Must be proficient using personal computers, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have analytical and presentation skills...
