What is the job purpose?
*. To develop & implement Communication Strategy for Prepaid Category, national and regional, in line with customer Insights & Commercial Plan and to align communication concept with Senior Communication Manager, Brand Consumer.
*. To lead integrated communication campaigns to maximize results on all communication touch points: ATL, retail, BTL, direct communication, launch events, social media, measured through specific brand & communication KPIs.
*. To secure integration with Vodafone brand building strategy & platform, measured against clear KPIs.
*. To manage category communication budget, aligned with CRP & business stakeholders.
*. To drive performance through people, building department’s talentsTasks.
What a Manager, Prepaid Communication does?
*. Leads communication strategy for prepaid category:
*. Works closely with the research team to build communication strategy on the right customer insights for prepaid category, measured through relevant trackers.
*. Integrates prepaid communication strategy within Vodafone brand platform lead by Brand Communication Manager.
*. Aligns prepaid communication strategy under overall department’s communication strategy & business unit commercial plan.
*. Ensures competitive communication strategy by continuously benchmarking against competition.
*. Manages effective department’s budget for prepaid communication strategy, aligned with CRP owner & business unit, tracked & in line with Finance.
*. Manages integrated communications campaigns for prepaid target:
*. Provides the concept for all prepaid targeted campaigns with integrated components: ATL. Media, BTL, retail, direct comm, social media. Clear approval on Communication concept to be obtained from Senior Communication Manager, Brand Consumer.
*. Strong digital strategy communication strategy and tactics to build turn awareness into engagement and conversions.
*. Develops, refines and executes creative & tactic campaigns, by effective cooperation with the specific ATL, media, retail & BTL agencies; manages agency resources allocated on prepaid category projects. Leads the overall frame of cooperation with the retail agency.
*. Participates in creative development work streams for all Prepaid customer touch points.
*. Guides product, service, feature naming, packaging, merchandising standards, events strategy to ensure fit with brand and business strategy.
*. Leads Integrated events, BTL & retail campaigns, proposing & implementing an effective media mix for all prepaid campaigns components.
*. Supervises production of all materials & activities in line with brand guidelines:
