Job Details:
Guide and provide necessary support for contract and procurement related works to prepare RFQs template, contractual terms & conditions and contract template and clauses, contract period, amendment, extension, and contractual obligations.
Develop, implement and ensure Contract Management by preparing draft contract, finalizing the contract, and validating all pre-requisites for establishing any contracts, by tracking validity of contract and other contractual obligation, by making aware to all stakeholders and end users of different contractual obligations and also by assisting in developing standard contract / clause templates.
Develop, manage & update contracts in contract management system (CMS)/SAP by registering basic information relating to RFQs, contracts, suppliers and templates in CMS to ensure audit and compliance trail.
Guide, manage and enforce compliance to Procurement policy, procedures and other regulatory requirement.
Lead, develop and assist in maintenance operational activities of the unit by gathering ideas, concepts and data for uplift the operational excellence, by reviewing/evaluating the existing practice & process relating to record kipping, by determining the relevant factors and challenges in implementing the Contract Management Process as peer Procurement process.
Critically review the contract, identify the associate risk, and mitigate the risk with appropriate clauses in the contract during drafting level. Assist procurement team to clarify the contract clauses and resolve dispute.
Academic Background:
Graduation in any discipline .
LLB/LLM from any reputed university will get preference
Knowledge & Skills:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related area
Knowledge and understanding on contract, commercial law
Knowledge and understanding on standard national and international procurement practices and processes
Ability to review the contract document and clarify the clauses to ensure company interest
Ability to handle appropriate routing procedures for contracts
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment
Proficiency in Office Applications and comfortable with web based solutions;..
