Job Details:
The Junior Digital Marketing Managerwill be responsible for the development and delivery of the overall digital marketing strategy and plan for a portfolio of categories, including full mix online media campaigns and always-on programmes. The core objectives of the role are to drive consumer engagement, lead generation, market positioning, brand awareness, thought-leadership, and overall the performance of the company’s digital marketing channels through both the optimisation of the existing online model, and development of a creative and innovative digital strategy. Experience in benchmarking, planning, KPI-setting and end-to-end execution of B2C digital plans is therefore essential, as it is a proven track record of increasing both brand awareness and company revenue through online channels.
Your team
The role will interact closely with the relevant category Marketing Manager for the respective categories to understand business objectives and develop assets. The candidate will also be expected to work regularly with digital media & creative agencies to execute & optimise the plans, with the corporate brand digital team for more specialist support in specific areas (website, content, SEO, social & CRM) and Digital Lead to enable the overall digital transformation in the business.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Plan, execute and optimise the overall category/brand digital strategy to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement and grow profitable revenue.

Own & lead full mix digital media campaigns and always-on advertising programmes, setting clear KPIs and working with agencies to optimise on a weekly basis.

Develop online capabilities within the broader marketing organisation.
*.
Provide strategic support/consultancy for marketing and sales teams.
*.
Responsible for developing the brand voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence in the relevant categories.

Monitor and maximise customer data, making sure we have a digital reachable contacts database that can be segmented for specific categories/activities.

Develop suitable metrics to enable accurate measurement and reporting on web and social media interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritise strategies with clear ROI.
We are looking for:

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
*.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing / e-commerce within multinational consumer goodsorganization, agency or online retailer.
*.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent English and computer literate (Excel; Power Point)
