Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Executive is responsible for full set of accounts for multiple small companies, processing financial transactions for local and overseas companies, prepare financial reports and provides administrative supports to the finance team.
The Role
*. Handles multiple sets of accounts for investment holding and management services companies
*. Processes payments for approved invoices for the local and overseas companies
*. Ensures sufficient funds are available for operations and funds are promptly transferred to or from the holding company
*. Checking and consolidatin g travel invoices of associates of the group.
*. Attending to the finance matters of Shanghai/Bei jing subsidiary.
*. Provides administrativ e supports to the finance team and overseas hotels including deposit checks with the banks, obtain signatures on the checks and payroll forms from signatories outside the office, and prepares and collects payments on their behalf.
*. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial related reports
*. Assist with preparation of annual budget, audit schedules and draft financial statements
The Person
*. Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or related
*. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts
*. Knowledge of GST and Financial Reporting Standards
*. Proficient in MS Office Applications
*. Good interpersona l and communicati on skills
