Summary:Provide Sales Service and administration support for select product families. This position is designed to provide “Best In Class” service & support to our owners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following:
*.Maintains and expands customer base for given geography:
*.Solicits orders for fertilizer products; provides services and support to customers
*.Performs customer segmentation and allocation of resources for customer base.
*.Quotes prices and credit terms.
*.Enters and sustains all Sales in computer.
*.Investigates and resolves customer issues within transportation and accounting.
*.Filters and provides market information and direction for top customers.
*.Coordinates and assists Business Resources Division as needed for specified customers.
*.Works with Credit Department to resolve any credit issues, receivables, or delinquent payments.
*.Attends trade shows and other business related events as directed.
*.Responsible for overseeing purchase orders for select group of products.
*.Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned or needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
