What it’s about
We are rapidly developing our professional development services for teachers and school leaders. Our aim is to help schools improve by transforming teaching in order to enhance learning. We need an Education Officer to join our team responsible for the quality of these services. The Education Officer role is varied, with a real opportunity to affect the experience teachers and school leaders have of school embedded professional development.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage the quality assurance of Cambridge Professional Development Centres by developing a monitoring framework which supports the centres in designing and developing high quality and effective professional development programmes.
• Manage the approval process for centres to deliver Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications by cooperating with colleagues in Cambridge and regional offices and with key external stakeholders.
• Coordinate the on-going support for Cambridge Professional Development programme leaders and work on the design and delivery of innovative solutions to support them in their role.
• Build relationships with Cambridge Professional Development Centres in order to develop a deep understanding of continuing professional development and support the development of Cambridge Professional Development provision.
